Permanent jewelry continued to be the heartbeat of my business in 2025. Events stayed booked, inquiries kept coming, and the demand honestly surprised me. Around Christmastime I was very selective with the events I took on because spending time with my family is my why.
One of the biggest projects of 2025 was filming my digital course, Permanent Jewelry Training by AG.
This started because I loved shipping starter kits through AG Jewelry Supply Co., but I never loved the idea of sending women off to “figure it out” on their own. I wanted to do more than sell tools — I wanted to support the artist behind them.
Creating this course allowed me to finally pair my kits with real education, guidance, and my proven step-by-step roadmap. Now when someone is starting their permanent jewelry journey, they don’t have to piece things together from random videos or second-guess every decision. They have a clear path to follow from someone who has been in their shoes.
Filming this course was a lot of work — planning, outlining, recording, re-recording, editing — but it was one of the most fulfilling things I’ve built so far and Im so proud of the finished product. Knowing that I can now help women confidently launch the permanent jewelry business they’re dreaming of heading into 2026 makes it all worth it.
One of the biggest highlights of 2025 was attending the Permanent Jewelry Expo in San Antonio as a vendor.
This was the first year I sold in person to other permanent jewelry artists, and it was such a full-circle moment. Getting to connect face-to-face and hear about the different stages of business everyone was in was really special. Some hadn't even started their business and they were there to soak it all in as they prepared to launch their permanent jewelry business
Another surreal moment from the expo was having my argon sleeves picked up by Sunstone Engineering — one of the most respected and trusted companies in the permanent jewelry industry. Seeing something I created be recognized and now carried by a brand I truly admire was incredibly validating!
That experience alone reminded me how much can change when you’re willing to put yourself in rooms that stretch you.
Watching other women start their permanent jewelry journey through AG Jewelry Supply Co. has been one of the most rewarding parts of this year.
Every starter kit shipped, every message about someone’s first event, every “I just welded my first bracelet!” never gets old.
This side of my business reminded me just how much I love what I do. Not only being a permanent jewelry artist, but also getting to empower others to build their own businesses too.
My favorite title will always be “Mama.” My kids are 7 and 9 now, and 2025 reminded me again how grateful I am that my business allows me to work around their schedules, not the other way around.
Being able to say yes to school things, slow mornings, and time at home while still growing a profitable business — is something I never take for granted.
What Didn’t Work
At the beginning of 2025, I had plans to launch a charm bar alongside permanent jewelry. On paper, it made sense. Clients were requesting it. It fit events. It felt like a natural add-on.
But as the year went on, permanent jewelry stayed so busy and the margins were so much higher — that I had to get really honest with myself.
I didn’t want to spread myself too thin or complicate my setup. And I definitely didn’t want to be standing at an event making a charm necklace when I could’ve been completing a permanent jewelry sale with much higher margins. So, I pressed pause.
Not because it was a bad idea… but because it wasn’t the right idea for this season of my business.
That decision alone protected my time, my energy, and my income.
And that was a big lesson for me this year: just because you can add something, doesn’t mean you should.
Going into 2026, I’m carrying clarity.
I’m doubling down on permanent jewelry.
I’m continuing to support and educate aspiring permanent jewelry artists.
I’m protecting my time and choosing projects that truly move the needle.
And I’m building with intention instead of pressure.
I’m excited to grow what’s working, improve what’s already built, and create even more support for women who want to build profitable, flexible permanent jewelry businesses of their own.
If 2025 taught me anything, it’s that listening to your gut and giving yourself permission to pivot can change everything.
Here’s to walking into 2026 focused, grateful, and ready for what’s next.
As I head into 2026, my heart is more set than ever on supporting women who feel that pull toward permanent jewelry but don’t know where to start.
If you’ve been dreaming about launching your own permanent jewelry business, but feel overwhelmed, unsure, or stuck in the “one day” stage — this is your sign.
Permanent Jewelry Training by AG was created to give you the exact step-by-step roadmap I wish I had. From tools and setup to welding, pricing, and launching, it’s all inside so you don’t have to figure it out alone.
If 2026 is the year you finally go for it, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
